She is the first person his eyes fall on as he watches the small group of people stumble into the gates of Terra Nova. A fresh batch of wide eyed pilgrims awestruck by a civilization free of pollution. A smile plays on the mans lips as he watches what is left of the stragglers behind them.

If the fresh air didn't kill them the dinosaurs would.

"Welcome to Terra Nova" he begins. The speech, which had been given several times before leaves his lips as if on audiotape while he takes the opportunity to study the woman who had caught his interest. She is young. Perhaps no older than her early thirties. Rich brown exsentuated by the thin veil of sweat that covers her body and thick hair braided into a frizzy bun. She seems about as interested in his speech as Taylor is, evidence of which was her wandering eyes.

Unlike the others around her she seems to have come dressed prepared. Knee high hiking boots a loose tank and a fitted grey pants that did nothing to hide her curvy figure. When his eyes find their way back up towards her face they are greeted by a pair of almond shaped orbs staring back at him. Her face remains stoic. Not embarrassed nor interested. "Poker face" Taylor thinks to himself. "Interesting".

The mans brain returns to action as the last few words of his speech exit his mouth. "Any questions" he asks. As expected the group is all talkative as the stare on with blank faces. "If that is all please report to Ms. Washington for further instruction". After a minute the group has cleared from his sight all except the woman who lingers behind.

Taking a few steps away she stops turning back to look to him. "Its Mira by the way" She says. The man feels his lip curve into one of his trademark grins as he nods in the direction of the woman. "Nathaniel" he responds. Pausing for a moment he speaks again "but you can call me Taylor". Mira returns his grin with a small one of her own as she turns away. "See you around Taylor".

The older man watches until the woman's curved form disappears from sight. "Count on it" he says.
