Disclaimer: I don't own Hardy Boys or CSI, please don't sue!

Summary: It's not called Sin City for nothing. Joe runs into a little trouble whilst in Vegas. A short CSI crossover.

A/N: I've been in a stupid little stories mood as of late. This was just an idea that popped to mind today, after my eldest sister said I HAVE to write Hardy Boys at some time. So this is the result.

Oh, and I know, there's no way a CSI would have been sent to interview Joe, but well, I love me some Nicky, I just couldn't write this without including him in the fun.

What did you expect from Sin City?

"So you DIDN'T see the guy that did this?" Crime Scene Investigator Nick Stokes looked at the young man in front of him, trying desperately to hide his smirk.

"Yes Joe, how could you not see who did this?" Frank Hardy, the elder brother of said Joe didn't even try to keep his chuckle at bay.

"I was BUSY trying to get away from crazy, kissing dude, okay?!" Joe looked at his brother, a look that clearly said 'you're doing waste bin duty on our next case', on his face.

"Ah, yes, back to 'crazy, kissing dude' is it?" Nick tried to keep his professional demeanor, but that was quite difficult under the circumstances.

"I'm telling you, the guy was a DECOY! He came up to me, asked me my name, told me he's been looking for somebody like me his entire life, and just started kissing me! I shiver thinking of it."

"Mr. Hardy, the thing you still haven't answered is, why didn't you push him away?"

"Well, you see, uhm, can Frank maybe leave before I answer that question?"

Frank looked at his brother his look clearly stating, 'not in this life brother of mine'.

"You see, I kind of have always wondered… gods I can't say this in front of my BROTHER!"

"Please continue, Mr. Hardy." At this point, Nick wasn't even trying to keep the chuckle from his voice.

"Agh, okay, I've always wondered what it felt like to kiss somebody from the same sex, okay, thanks! And he wasn't bad looking…"

"So what were your findings on that Joe?" Frank was practically rolling on the floor by this time.

"Ugh, the guy didn't use a spear mint!"

"I'm sorry, but I don't think I can charge him for that." Joe looked as though he wanted to kill the Investigator, whilst Frank shared a high five with the man.

"So, it was after the man finally finished the kiss that you realized your bag was missing?"

"That's what I said…" Joe couldn't keep his exasperation and impatience from showing.

"I'm sorry Mr. Hardy, but without any video surveillance in this part of the Casino, and no witnesses, I don't think we will be able to get anywhere with the case."

"Yeah, we figured that, just thought we should try and report it you know. Ah well, you know what Joe, cut your losses, let's enjoy the rest of our holiday, and try not to dwell on the bad, at least you got a kiss out of the deal…" The innocent look Frank gave his brother fooled nobody.

"I am going to KILL YOU!"

"Mr. Hardy, word of advice; wait until I'm out of earshot before you threaten somebody. Well, I'll just wrap this up. You guys, enjoy the rest of your holiday."

As the two brothers walked away Nick could just hear Joe tell Frank, 'Next time, we go to Miami!'
