Imagine Rapunzel
And all her hair
Being taken by the witch to the top of that tower

You know all old towers
Had winding staircases
That went around and around in a spiraling accent

Or descent as well
But only for the witch
Rapunzel would only go up to the room at the top

Imagine walking
Up all those stairs
Twisting and turning and making her so very dizzy

And then think
About Rapunzel
Pulling all that hair into the top room of the tower

The long blonde
Hair gliding
Up those steps, winding its way higher and higher

The witch locks the door
And heads out of the tower
Walking down those winding, spiraling stairs

So tired
So annoyed
She casts a spell to make the tower door vanish

Now no one has to
Walk those stairs
And the only way in is through the tower window
