Summary: A parody of Jack's Lament from Nightmare Before Christmas. Just what I think goes through Hei's mind when he's completed his mission.

There are many who accept, that what I do, I am the best

For my power strikes fear, far and wide

When you hear the name 'Reaper' in the moonless night

I escape without the police ever knowing

With the slightest like spark from my black gloved hand

I have seen many stars fall out the sky

With a life I have lived, and the friends I have made

I have kept my identity behind my mask

Break

Yet night after night, I look up at the stars

And I keep on wishing that the old starts return

And I, Hei, the Black Reaper

Have grown so tired of looking at the same old stars

Break

There's somewhere deep inside of this mind

That loneliness began to claw

My sister's out there, waiting for me

To wrap my arms around her once more

Break

I'm the contractor of fright, the wraith of the night

And I'll track you until you drop dead

To the girl named Misaki, I'm Mister Li Shengshun

And I'm known for my innocence and smile

Break

And since I am Li, I can take off my mask

To become the mysterious Black Reaper

No contractor nor man can kill like I can

As I wait into the shadows of the night

Break

But there's one here, who'll always understand

The silver haired doll, with the bright violet eyes

Who stands by my side, if she only understood

I'll give it all up just to keep her safe

Break

I feel that there's a side I don't know

A human side that I forgot

After the war I moved to Japan

Where I began this life that I live
