Zyon could not believe his eyes, on the holovid screen was the main Overwatch base but yet it wasn't, this was the one where Zyon and his father worked. Zyon's green eyes grew large, he was flabbergasted. So many questions began to race through his mind but no answers. Lena was sitting beside him and her mouth was now left agape. It felt as if time had frozen in this one moment and everyone in the coffee shop would be left staring at the screen. "No way…" Zyon said, his voice was trembling. "It's not possible…" Lena could now hear what he was saying but was still focused on the news. Zyon slammed his fist down on the table making the drinks shake briefly, "No! That can't happen, Overwatch can't just end like that!"

"Zyon, I'm just as upset and confused as you are but, try to calm down." Lena put a hand on his shoulder trying to calm him down.

People in the coffee shop resumed what they were doing, but now the conversation has switched to Overwatch. "Serves them right." One man said. "Ya, always doing illegal things, they were doing fine without em'." Said other. Tears were now streaking down Zyon's face, "Dad. No…" Lena's hand had now moved to his back as she rubbed small circles on it. Zyon jerked himself away from her, he picked up his coat and stormed out of the coffee shop. Lena didn't even bother cleaning up the table, she just grabbed her own coat and raced after him.

"I find them… I'll find whoever did this to you and I swear, I will kill them!" Zyon was now sitting with his back against the alleyway wall, his arms wrapped around his knees. "I promise." He declared under his breath. "There you are. I was worried you ran off somewhere far, but I found you." Lena tucked her bangs behind her ear so it wouldn't be in her face anymore, she then sat down beside Zyon. They sat there in silence for a while, listening to the cars go past and the murmuring of people's conversations. Zyon had his forehead pressed against his knees that were tucked close to his chest, his face hidden so Lena wouldn't have to see his tear stricken face and his puffy reddish eyes.

"There's no need for you to hide. I know you're crying, and it's nothing to be ashamed of." Lena sniffled as she tried to hold back her own tears, "I'm here for you Zyon, I won't think any less of you for crying. I get how you feel, my parents kicked me out of home for being lesbian and liking omnics, but then they died to them. Overwatch took me in, they became my family. They were there for me through thick and thin," Lena put a hand on her chronal accelerator. "but that's just what family does. Your dad might be dead bu-" "He is dead! I don't have any family anymore! My mom left me when I was young, my dad he's now dead, and my uncle…" Zyon yelled at her. He was fighting the tears back, but it all for not. Tears rushed out of his eyes leaving shiny streaks on his face. Lena was shocked at his retaliation but pushed it aside. She pulled him into a hug, trying to calm him down but she too started crying. They stayed like that for a while then broke apart. "I'll drive you home okay? Call me if you need anything." Lena offered. Zyon didn't respond verbally he just sniffled. Zyon wishes his hair was longer so it could cover up his eyes, he didn't want to let anyone see that he was crying.

A couple days later, Zyon got a call from the rescue services, they had found his father's body. He was far too damaged to had survived the explosion, Zyon's dad was one of the 48 people found dead, at least a hundred were injured. The funeral was held the next day. Not many people showed up that Zyon could recognize, some of them gave him their condolences, others just stayed for the burial then left. Lena stayed with him for the whole event, Zyon really wanted to be alone as he mourned for his father's death but he approached that he still has his best friend by his side.

Several months later, "Zyon, sir. I've received a message from Winston. He has sent out a recall message to all former Overwatch members. Do you want me to accept?" Hephasetus or Phase, Zyon's A.I companion asked.

"No. Overwatch took my father's life, why let it take mine before I avenge him?" Zyon's voice was cold and empty. "Sir you must learn to move on." Phase insisted in his monotone voice. "I made a promise to him and I'm gonna keep it! You can't stop me!" Zyon was sensitive when it came to talking about his dad.

"Please come yourself sir. Ms. Oxton has rejoined Overwatch."

Zyon paused, was he really thinking about coming back to Overwatch just to maybe see his friend die? No, he doesn't need anymore heartbreak in his life.

"Phase, any recent Talon activity?" Zyon asked, trying to change the subject.

"Yes. In South Korea 3 black jets have been spotted and a break in at the MEKA base."

"Good. Buy me a cheap plane ticket to South Korea, I'd like to leave today."
