When Juvia is angry…she gets really angry, considering she has never been so agonisingly heartbroken, which led everyone to believe that maybe Juvia has reached breaking point.
'They're damn right about that,' Juvia thought to herself menacingly, she spluttered as she leant up on her elbows coming face to face with a man she has been known to be obsessed with, but now…he's pissed the young water mage off.
"So I do not have enough of your trust?" Gray hesitantly reached over to grasp her pale hand, days ago she had been suffering from illness but thanks to Wendy she was already on her road to a sane recovery.
"Juvia. I told you, it was for your own safety."
Juvia spluttered, "My safety?! You left without a word, no note? No goodbye," She whimpered as the past weeks come flooding back in.
And unlike before Juvia couldn't stop the waves from tumbling over the dam.
"I was hallucinating, going insane! And all you can say is that it was for my safety!" Juvia sobbed bitterly as her fever come back in full force causing the young blue haired girl to collapse back on her pillow with Gray's frozen figure looming above her.
"Are you alright?"
Julia merely stared, "Never better," there was no hint of conviction in her voice, and Gray took it as a sign.
They heard a clang of metal as Erza dropped on her knee, "Juvia I take full responsibi-"
Juvia rolled her eyes and did not feel guilty about how she would look in front of her perfect prince, "Yes, as you have said several times."
"Do you want me to leave?" Ezra said impassively.
Juvia merely shrugged, "Depends…"
"On what?" Gray was staring at her with a blank expression, no hint of remorse at all…maybe he was turning into a monster after all.
A monster Juvia will always love.
"Depends, if you're leaving Erza, take Gray with you. He obviously trusts you more than me." she murmured the last part.
That seemed to force an emotion into the black haired mage.
"You want me to leave too?" he said incredulously.
With a heartbreaking sigh Juvia finally nodded, and then she turned away from him-willingly-her back facing his shocked and grim face.
Until now, he finally realised the severity of his actions.
