For all of who who have already read my stories, I am back, and I am planning on another story, maybe two, depending if I want my first one to end with a huge cliffhanger. For all you that haven't, then here's some information to help you understand what's going on.

Kate came in on my first story when she found a dead marine in her backyard. Kate is extremely sarcastic and loves to have her way. She lost her mother(I'll let you read my story to figure out how and why) and Tony ended up taking her in, along with her two dogs. Most of what she says is a lie, and she loves to argue with DiNozzo. I you want to know more, then read my stories! :) Please R&R

NCIS Special Agent Anthony, Tony, DiNozzo sat on a bench with Kate Bergen. Tony had a coffee in his hand, though he hadn't moved it in over five minutes.

Kate noticed this, and first chose to ignore it, but was now bored. "Tony, the longer you stare at her, the better the chance of her catching you." She said, absolutely calm.

Tony jumped just barely at the young girl's voice and finally took a sip of his coffee. He cleared his throat as he started to talk. "If you're accusing me of staring at that woman, than you are sadly mistaken."

Kate shook her head in amusement. "Never said which woman." She smirked at him, he retaliated with a cold glare. To which, she just continued talking, much to his annoyance. "Never thought I'd see the over-charismatic Tony DiNozzo shy away from talking to a…fine…woman." The young girl let out a small chuckle.

"I'm not shying away!" Tony exclaimed much louder than he would prefer, as it caused several people walking by, and the woman Tony was indeed staring at, to look over at the two. DiNozzo realized what he just did and stood up quickly while muttering to Kate, "Let's go. Now." His voice showed that he didn't want to argue, but Kate didn't listen.

She just rolled her eyes and shook her head. "How about I help you instead?" She got up and started to walked towards the woman.

The woman had gone back to drinking her own coffee. She looked over at Kate and gave her a small smile.

"Hi." The young girl said with a (fake) sweet smile.

"Hello." The woman responded politely.

Kate looked around, feeling a little awkward. "Uh…I guess you might have noticed that guy over there," She pointed to Tony, who was now standing and staring at Kate but seemed to be frozen/glued to that spot. "staring at you."

The woman nodded slightly.

With that, Kate continued. "Yeah well, sorry about that….He gets a little shy at times, especially with beautiful woman." The young girl smiled and the woman smiled back(though it was hard to tell if it was from being polite or from amusement.) "He's a really nice guy, classic Italian. He's nice to everyone, cares for everyone. Even me. I annoyed him all day and he still took me in after I lost my mom. What's best is that every month I get an allowance of twenty dollars. So it would be extremely kind of you to go over there and talk to him. But I ask, because I am only a child, you go to wherever you live so I may have my peace." Kate put on an innocent face to seal the deal.

The woman was clearly thinking about it. "Okay." She said after a long pause.

He young girl nodded happily and walked back to Tony while the woman gathered her stuff.

Tony watched Kate. "What did you say? What did she say?" He asked in a blur, obviously frantic about it.

"Relax big shot. I said you were a nice guy and she should take you out, ending at her place. Oh yeah, and you give me twenty bucks each month." Kate answered simply.

Tony rolled his eyes. "And she said yes?"

Kate nodded. "Yeah, but you owe me fifty for doing it."

Tony shrugged and started grinned widely as the woman walked over. "Pay ya later." He muttered to Kate, who walked away as he greeted the woman.
