Welcome to Mitchie's life.
Always falling for the wrong boys.
Well. Maybe not wrong boys.
Just boys that don't like her back.
Boys that aren't necessarily wrong, just wrong for her.
-
For instance, there was Mitchie's crush. Jason.
A cute, simple boy who was in most of her classes.
Mitchie may have been shy, but she wasn't afraid to talk to him at all.
They always had fun conversations and crazy bets on MSN.
The thing that made her fall for him in the first place was probably because he made her laugh.
Very important to Mitchie. Someone has to make her laugh.
On a very important second place was that she had the feeling she could be herself around him.
He gave her that little extra attention.
And that pulled the trigger.
Mitchie fell for her friend.
But life is never perfect.
Certainly not for Mitchie.
-
Another beautiful – literally and figuratively – example was the school hottie. Shane.
Everyone knew him. Or at least, knew of him.
One problem. He plays girls. His reputation – okay, maybe just a part – was based on this.
And of course, Mitchie caught his eye to do just that.
The thing that gave it all away was something called a girlfriend.
Who knew everything he did.
But, being the confident girl she is, she didn't give a damn.
Because she knew it would be his loss, not hers.
Although Mitchie knew of this girlfriend and that he didn't mean a single thing of it, she still couldn't help but start falling for him.
She hated herself for it. But you can't stop that crazy feeling of falling for someone.
Especially not when he is as hot as Shane was.
And soon enough, Shane started to notice her little crush as well.
Hell, who wouldn't notice if you started blushing at everything the guy says?
Being the playboy he is, he started flirting with the poor girl even more.
So Mitchie loved the attention she was getting.
Unfortunately she knew that it was just for his fun.
But life is never perfect.
Certainly not for Mitchie.
-
Maybe you're thinking, 'What's so bad about that? That doesn't mean she automatically always fall for the wrong boys!'
Yeah, you'd think so right?
But unfortunately for Mitchie, this Shane-guy wasn't the only one who played this nasty and dirty game with her.
-
Nate. That's his name.
They work at the same place and he was being very nice to Mitchie. Soon they started sending messages to each other on MySpace and that evolved in him adding Mitchie on MSN.
The conversations were fun and she liked the attention she got from him at work.
It felt like he was flirting with her, which was a nice feeling.
Being easily swooned, she started liking him as more than just a friend.
Soon, a few people at work found out. Including her best friend's boyfriend.
That's how she found out more about this Nate guy.
Apparently, he flirts like crazy with all girls who work there.
And tries to nail them and forget about them just as easily.
But that's not all. Oh no.
Currently, he's trying to hook up with a fourteen year old girl.
Normally that'd be just fine. Except for one thing; He's nineteen.
Now that's just plain wrong.
With her best friend knowing all of this as well, Mitchie was absolutely forbidden to start something with him.
Like that was possible.
Because her best friend forgot the fact that Nate found out about her little crush as well.
And started ignoring Mitchie.
But life is never perfect.
Certainly not for Mitchie.
So, please share your thoughts with me! I'm really interested in this.
Oh, another thing; I don't own anything.
