Summary: Christmas decorating goes horribly wrong.

Disclaimer: I don't own Doctor Who. If I ask nicely, do you think I'll get it for Christmas?

Notes: I'm back! Ish! I was HearMeCalling, I'm now tromana. Expect fiction as sporadic as usual, but I fancied a change. First ever drabble and first piece that's solely classic Who.

Traditions

"You're sure it's tradition for humans to wrap their clothing around fauna in celebration of Christmas?"

"Well, no. But it's the best I could do."

Romana raised an eyebrow as the Doctor continued wrapping his lengthy, multicoloured scarf around the three foot tall fir tree. It was only when he stole the straw boater from the back of her head, placed it atop of the foliage and knitted mess and stood back to admire his 'handiwork' that she burst out into laughter.

"Doctor, you're starving – and suffocating it."
"So I am!" He replied and proceeded to unwind his knitwear at great haste.
