OK, so I am doing three stories, and I have no idea which one to continue first. I thought I should take a break and decide later by writing a poem. Since I'm writing about the poem "The Raven" in school, I decided, "Why not do a spoof of it?" So, here's a spoof of it with Count Bleck as the unnamed narrator, Timpani as Lenore, and Birdley as the raven. I hope I do a good job mimicking the style he did.

I was reading a book

In my house, at a nook

Depressed by my lost love, Timpani

I had become lonely

Soon, I heard a rapping

Then some violent tapping

Tapping at my chamber door

I finally went outside to explore

For the tapping, I wanted no more

I stared curiously and carefully

There it was, the Birdley

"What is your name?

For you tapping may make me more insane

My lost love, Timpani

Her voice is as sweet as a bird's melody,"

It sat there, staring as if it wanted more

Quoth the Birdley, "Nevermore,"

It said that one word, as if its life depended on it

I wondered if it even cared about her one bit

"You bird, you stare at me

For you don't care about Timpani

Her hair is like sunlight

So yellow, and so bright

She is so caring and kind like a dove

I need to revive her and revive our love,"

He sat there, faking a loud snore

Quoth the Birdley, "Nevermore!"

Why he said nevermore, I don't know why

Birdley would mostly say, "FYI!"

But now, he doesn't care

So I stare at him with and annoyed stare

"You don't care about our love!

She could be lonely up above

The Overthere is where she may be

But that doesn't make me happy!"

It interrupted its stare with a glance at the door

Quoth the Birdley, "Nevermore!"

As the Birdley might have been curious

He was making me furious

I yelled at him, one last time,

"As you are almost silent as a mime

I hear you say, 'Nevermore'

But her coming back is 'evermore'

So, say evermore

Or else your life may be no more

Because I will make a huge, black void

And you will be very easy to avoid,"

However, instead of saying evermore

He quoth the saying, "Nevermore!"

As I was getting very angry with fury

I ran away with a hurry

I ran inside my warm house

Wishing for my beautiful, future spouse

Then, I suddenly got a plan

Minnons, a secretary, I'll do what I can

For that will make her come in evermore

Then that Birdley will never say, "Nevermore!"

And that's how Super Paper Mario started. All because of Dr. Toadley's pet bird, Birdley. Seriously, what else could I do it with? Mimi as a raven?

I tried to copy the style and part of the story from memory. Still, it may not be perfect, but it's still good. I had to look up rhymes for words. The poem is eight pages long, but I didn't want it to drag on. So, I hope you liked it. Wait, why wouldn't you like it? Quoth the penguin, "Nevermore!"
