This is just a little idea that popped into my head. I hope you like it!
"Kyoya," Tamaki called out. His voice was unsteady, his usual confidence lacking. The Shadow King turned around, an eyebrow raised in curiosity.
"Yes?" Tamaki gulped.
"Well, um . . ." he fumbled with his hands. "I was just wondering, well . . . if you wanted to . . ." Kyoya smirked and stepped forward. Still holding his notebook in one hand he reached out with the other. He took Tamaki by the back of the neck pulling him into a short, sweet kiss. Kyoya leaned back and smiled, enjoying the look of shock plastered on his friend's face. He peered into his notebook.
"Of course Tamaki. I already made a reservation for us. I'll pick you up at seven." With that he turned and walked towards the large doors of the host club. Tamaki's fingers flew to his lips in disbelief. Haruhi snorted.
"It's about time." Honey was running in circles around Mori, and the twins smiled mischievously.
"Beat you to the punch didn't he?" they said in unison. Tamaki smiled and sank into his chair as he watched Kyoya walk away. His head was held high, and his slim legs took long confident strides. Then, as if sensing the eyes on his back, Kyoya turned around. He pushed his glasses up and gave a little smirk before leaving, sending Tamaki quickly into fantasy land.
Kyoya sighed in relief as the door clicked shut behind him. Leaning back against the heavy doors he smiled. He wasn't scared of anything, but after waiting so long to do that he was thrilled that it had gone so well. He straightened and pushed his glasses up his nose. Now he just needed to make a dinner reservation.
