Azula is Jade.
You never came back
The ex-princess of the fire nation sat in the corner of her prison cell staring at the ceiling. She sits there in that dark but warm corner, still...like a statue. She did not blink, she did not breathe, she just sat there. A fly came to sit on her nose and taste the sweat that ran down her face. One would think she was a statue. She did not even move when the sound of foot steps echoed out through the cell room.
General Iroh and The new Fire Lord Zuko looked at the ex-princess with great pity.
Zuko opened his mouth and shuts it, not sure what to say. Iroh walked closer to the cell and wrapped his hands on the warm bars.
"My niece I..uh..I am..uh...I am sorry." His heart felt sore. He should have paid more attention to her. Zuko had more love. He had a mother how cared for him and A uncle who comforted he him in his moments of pain. Who did Azula have?
Zuko put his hand on Irohs shoulder and shook his head. He loved his sister. He really did but she was a lost cause. They spared one last look at the statue like girl and left the jail.
Azulas mouth twitched. Her mind began to wander to her younger years. She thought about the...dare she say it fun, she had with her beloved uncle. No, not uncle Iroh but her other uncle. He always looked out for her. He always made her feel happy. Azulas eye twitched. He said he would always be there for her.
A small tear slid down her cheek and mixed with the sweat. She moved her hand slowly to her eye and wiped away the second tear trying to escape. He cherished her, scolded her,...loved her and he lied to her. Where was he when her father decided that it was time to become a fighter? Where was he when her mother ignored her and went to Zuko when he cried? Where was he when her brother blamed her for all of his problems?
The fly flew off her nose as more tears came down. She tried to wipe all the tears but the came to fast.
"Jackie you lier." Those where the first words she had said in the last past year. "Ja-Ja-Jackie! You said you would always be the for me." She curled her knee's to her chest and let her tears flow down. "But you never came."
I know, I know it was ooc. But not really. Considering it was half-jade and all sooo...yeah.
