"And it's a goal against Japan!"

A cacophony of groans permeated the room as the two children crowded around the TV set watched as the ball scooted easily pass the goalie.

"Man!" a small blond boy exclaimed. "When I become a really famous soccer player, I'm not going in the Japan team!" A boy of the same size with black hair nodded his agreement and said evenly,

"I will play for Italy. They are the best." As he finished, the blond boy shot him an incredulous look.

"What! Sasuke, you're crazy! The Italians suck! Brazil is way better than they are!" The flat look Sasuke sent the other boy was not amused in the least, but had a challenging glint.

"Fine Naruto," he replied. "I can play for Italy, and you play for Brazil." Naruto frowned.

"I don't want to play for Brazil," he said petulantly and tugged at his blindingly orange t-shirt. "I wanna play for Holland."

It was Sasuke's turn to be incredulous as he inched away from his friend, as if afraid he would catch Naruto's crazy.

"But... Holland's never even won the World Cup! Why on earth would you want to join them?" Naruto smiled brightly and chirped,

"I like the uniform!" Sasuke frowned and said slowly,

"But their uniform is orange..." He paused and took in Naruto's clothing. He looked like he'd been attacked by a bucket of orange paint and lost. Badly.

Sasuke could only slap his forehead as Naruto beamed.
