Juliet had already figured out that Jack didn't sleep all too often, it was a little strange to her but if it was his choice she doubted that she could actually change his mind. It was about half past two in the morning and of course having two babies inside of her meant she's wake up at strange hours. Juliet lifted her head to check if Jack was actually lying down or not - he wasn't. Jack was actually down in the living room doing what he could of some paperwork although it did still bore him even then. Juliet swung herself around and pulled a blanket around her before she made her way out of the room. It didn't take long until she had reached the living room doorway. Jack had thrown his arms back at that moment sighing deeply although there was frustration in his sigh. "Perhaps a break is in order?" Juliet suggested stepping into the living room. Jack raised his head and he raised an eyebrow. "Ah you're awake?" he asked. Juliet nodded her head. "Not by choice might I add" she answered pointing her index finger down towards her pregnant stomach.
Juliet had made her way towards the couch - the very same one that Jack was sitting on. Jack half smiled by that point. "They must be getting stronger then, or they just like waking you up at ridiculous hours" he commented chuckling briefly. Juliet didn't seem to care in the slightest that he had even said that. Whenever she was tired she was more mellow. Juliet sat down beside Jack the blanket still wrapped around her. "You really hate doing that don't you?" she commented. Jack turned his head towards her again. "Wouldn't you?" he asked. Juliet nodded. "Yes that's why I left the job I had before" she responded. Jack chuckled again. "And because your bosses kidnapped me" he commented. Juliet laughed a bit. "Yeah there was that too - I bet you were glad I got you out or did you have a sick fantasy of being in there maybe?" she responded raising an eyebrow. Jack laughed yet again. "Why would I have a fantasy about being shocked twenty times?" he questioned. Juliet shrugged and giggled.
"No idea these are tired thoughts Jack" she answered. Juliet was going to stand up and see how much paperwork Jack had left until she felt a disturbance within her stomach - the two babies within her were kicking. "You two and your bloody timing" she commented. Jack shifted himself and he placed his hands against her stomach the kicking was simultaneous which seemed to make his smile become full. "They definitely want to let you know they're there don't they?" he commented. Juliet nodded. "Just be glad you don't have to feel it Jack" she responded. Juliet soon decided to lean her head against his shoulder, she remained leaning there until she fell asleep. Jack quietly moved her head down to the other spare cushions, pulling her feet up onto the couch also. Jack smiled gently before he realized he had to return to his paperwork. He wasn't going to enjoy that.
