Ok, this was just a spur of the moment fic. And I started it at 11pm and finished at 12:02 am, so bear with me if its not that great. :)

Oh, cos I wanted to write about it, Jace & Clary are brother & sister in this fic. :)

I do not own Clary or Jace.

It was perfect.

There was no-one for miles, just the forest surrounding the small cottage-like building. They had a whole week before anyone would notice they were missing, if everything went to plan.

Just a whole week to themselves.

Nothing seemed better, or more perfect.

The fact that they were siblings made it seem wrong to the people that surrounded their everyday life. But to Clary and Jace Morgenstern, things had never been more right.

Clary had originally created a portal to try and get them there, but since she was still learning, they had appeared at the edge of the forest. Everything happens for a reason. Was the thought that went through both of their heads as they had walked together through the cover of the trees. They laughed together as animals chased each other across the path. They smiled, beyond happy to just be in each others presence.

They had each pulled a few strings to be able to get this far. Jace had told the Lightwoods that he was going overseas to track down a demon he'd heard about, claiming that he wanted to help the people there. Clary had a bigger job in destracting her friends and guardian. She had started a fight with Isabelle, so none of them would want to have anything to do with her for at least a week, though she knew they would forgive her. She'd told Luke and Simon that she was staying with the Lightwoods; both her and Jace were confident that neither of the Downworlders would willingly speek to the Shadowhunters unless in an emergency.

Yes, they'd gone to some trouble to get here.

And yes, they both knew it was totally worth it.

No second thoughts popped into their heads as the cottage came into view. They both entered, not needing a key for a house surrounded by forest for miles in either direction.

Clary stopped once she took in her surroundings; she'd never seen the inside before. Her eyes roamed over the furniture; the dark wood of the coffe table, the large-screen t.v and cozy suede couch of the lounge-room; the light brown, wooden counter and matching stools in the kitchen; long, dark wood dining table and black chairs of the dining room.

Clary marvelled at the sight, having never seen anywhere so perfect. Just for them. Jace turned and pressed his lips to hers, shorting-out any more thought of the decor in Clary's mind. Her thoughts were of him and only him. His lips on hers, his hands on her hips, his hair in her fingers, his scent in her nose. His kiss was sweet and loving, removing non-existant hesitations and anxiety in her mind.

A small part of her knew this was wrong, but that part was highly overshadowed by the longing and love that filled almost her whole being. She loved Jace. He loved Clary. And there was nothing that was going to stop them from fully accepting that.

The kiss began to grow to something more. A passion, a hunger overtook the sweetness without taking it away. They clung together more tightly, closing any space that got between them. They slowly managed to move away from the door, heading toward the bedroom that Clary had yet to see. Neither of them really noticed anything much apart from each other. Both wondering how the angel in front of them could be with them now.

But they were with each other, and that was all that mattered at that moment. Somehow managing to open the bedroom door, they backed into the room, falling onto the bed while never once breaking the kiss.

At the same moment, they pulled away, looking into each others eyes. When nothing but love radiated back at them, they once again embraced the freedom.

Freedom to not be judged.

Freedom to do what they wanted.

Freedom to be together.
