"Wait Svi!" yelled out Finland chasing after Sweden. Sweden didn't respond he only continued to walk towards Denmark's chamber. (Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway and Iceland were all living together under the Kalimar union. Denmark during this time was in control of his Nordic brethren) Sweden then stopped in front of the chamber door and said to Finland "I am tired of taking his shit anymore and I want him to know that I am." Finland understood how the blond haired swede felt and even he was frustrated and sick of having to live under Denmark's rule. Finland then said "fine but I am coming with you." Sweden looked at the younger male and nodded his head both of them opened the cherry wood doors together only to observe Denmark sitting on a large throne and clearly having a smile which stated "I'm the king". Denmark looked at his underlings and questioned "Finland, Sweden what have you come here for? Aren't you two supposed to be doing chores or something?" Sweden defiantly looked at Denmark and replied coarsely "I challenge you Denmark! I am tired of taking your abuse and cocky attitude." The Dane smirked and retorted "Why challenge me when you know you lose every time. You're weak and that is why I'm the rightful king of Scandinavia because even dad knew you I was the best." Rage burgeoned inside of Sweden and he yelled out "dad had no favorites he treated all of us equally and trained us all the same!" Finland held Sweden back and from attacking the wild haired Dane. Denmark grinned slyly and said calmly "I take your challenge, you know where to go. The battle will begin at midday. Now go and prepare yourself."
Time passed and Sweden and Finland arrived at the battle arena a little before midday; the only people in the crowd were Norway and Iceland. The light blond Norwegian really didn't care much about the whole fight he had seen both of them feud over the same reason more than enough times. Iceland on the other hand was only 14 years old at the time while Denmark and Sweden were 18 and Finland and his brother were 17 and he had never seen the two warriors battle formally before. The silver haired teen sat next to his brother and hoped for the best. Denmark arrived exactly on time and carried his sword at his side. He wore only regular garments and no protective equipment but so did Sweden. Sweden and Denmark took their respective places in the arena and Finland Began to dictate the rules to both of them "you may only use your sword and your mind as a weapon. No extra protection may be worn only the clothes on you back and your shield. Fight fair and please no casualties."
