It started off a quite night. Harry followed the same systematic routine for the past year, to the point where if the smallest thing wasn't perfect it would bother him all day. Recovering from alcoholsim seemed to completely change him. Before Harry could be considered reckless to other people. Living alone he wasn't concerned with how much he drank or how he was getting home. After while his colleagues took notice and when he was threatened with his first reprimand after waking up in his office, reeking of alcohol and cigarettes after blacking out the night before, he realized it was time to let go of his addiction.

Harry replaced habits with routines. Start off by setting the keys on the table after work, the shower away the stress he didn't want to take to bed. After showering the same thing was changed into before bed, a simple pair of basketball shorts paired with a plain white t-shirt. While he cooked he preferred to not listen to music. Since he lived alone and actually enjoyed the silence, sometimes he would play a silent movie that he could occasionally glance at. When dinner was finished he always read before bed, not to be bothered by the news at home seeing how he would know things from briefings at work that press hadn't gotten the chance to twist eyes would be shut before ten every night. He was never late for work or missed a day without a medical excuse, and in his entire twenty-year career he had never been written up for discipline.

The masked men breached the dark hallway that would lead them to Harry's room. A shoulder tap the started in the back and made it to the front let the group know everyone was ready to move on to the next room. They were in the room within seconds, surrounding the bed with guns drawn before Harry knew what was happening. He had heard his door creek open and barely blinked the tiredness from his eyes, when what felt like a bag was placed over his head. Something hard struck him in the back of the head, sending him into a world of darkness. The last thing he remembered when he woke up was staring at the clock and realizing what time it was. 22:10.
