Freddie's P.O.V
"Freddie, do you take Samantha Puckett, to be your lawfully wedded wife?"
"I do." I say with a huge grin.
"And Samantha, do you - "
"It's Sam, and ya of course I do, that's why I'm here right? To get married?"
"Okay...Freddie you may now kiss the bride...
BOOM! I awoke from the huge clash of thunder outside. I rolled over to check the time, when I noticed the small figure standing in the corner of my room.
"Sammy?" I asked. Sure enough, my beautiful girlfriend was standing here in my room, eyes full of fear. I was the only person who knew it, but Sam was deathly afraid of storms.
"What are you doing here at 3 am?" I asked but she doesn't have to respond. I know she's frightened by the loud thunder booming loudly every 5 minutes.
"It's the storm, isn't it?" I say. She slowly nods and makes her way over to my bed. I motioned for her to come crawl under the cover with me. I wrapped my arms around her and she rested her head on my chest. She was shaking from fear, and I heard her slightly whimper as even more thunder came crashing down.
"Sammy Baby, it'll be okay, it's just thunder. You're perfectly safe."
She looks up at me with those beautiful blue eyes that I love so much. "I know, but it's just so loud...But I do feel a little better. Now that I'm safe in your arms."
Sam isn't a soft or fluffy kind of girl, but there are times like this where she says the most amazing things, that make me feel so happy, so in love.
"I love you Princess Puckett." I say with a smile.
"I love you too." She says quietly.
We both looked into each others eyes for what seemed like hours, and then slowly leaned in. Our lips met in a perfect kiss, gentle and full and love and passion. When we finally pulled apart Sam cuddled up against me again, and I again wrapped my arms around her. And there we stayed for the rest of the night, our heads filled with happy dreams. Of each other.
