Not a Dream

Fox opened his eyes and looked at his bedroom ceiling. Was that just a dream he had? It felt like it, after saving the exotic world known as Dinosaur Planet from the destruction of Andross. Yes, it had to be a dream. Andross was destroyed 8 years ago. There was no way he could just suddenly revive himself and try to destroy the Lylat system again. No way in Hell. Falco leaving the team didn't seem likely either. Though he did argue a lot, he serves as a loyal and dedicated member to the Star Fox team. And what about Krystal? Nah, she was too perfect to even be real at all. The way she said "Thank You" was just too perfect. It never happened to him, and it probably never will.
As Fox felt for his hands, he suddenly felt another hand gently clasp around his left. He slowly turned his head to see Krystal staring right back at him, smiling. "Morning Fox." Said the vixen, brushing back Fox's morning hair. McCloud looked at her stunned. It wasn't a dream. It had all happened. Fox did get sent down to Dinosaur Planet to bring it back together, and ended up saving Krystal in the meantime. Though he had never showed it until recently, Fox was deeply in love with Krystal ever since he saw her trapped in Stasis form. He never got the chance to tell her how much he felt for her.
Until last night.
Fox smiled back, staring at those beautiful green eyes. He had never seen such beautiful eyes in his life. They were truly the best beauty of Krystal. They made him forget all things, save Krystal herself. They were so relaxing.
The door buzzed, and a red light flashed. Silence. The couple stared at each other, unable to withdrawl from each other's beauty.
Paradise.
