"How much longer are you going to keep us handcuffed together?" Alice asks glaring at her husband annoyed as they sat together in their living room.
"Until I can prove that it was you who ate the last scone love" Arthur replies smirking as he continues to read his book ignoring his wife's protests.
"How many times do I have to tell you, I didn't eat it" Alice replies annoyed before standing up, "Where is the key?".
"I'll tell you when you tell the truth" Arthur replies.
"Oh my bloody god I did not eat the last scone for crying out loud" Alice replies annoyed as Arthur just smirks and continues to read ignoring her. She then takes the book out of his hands and sits down as she begins reading it herself.
"Hey!" he exclaims shocked, "Give that back".
"Nope, not until you remove the cuffs I won't" she replies lifting up her right hand which is cuffed to his left.
"Very well then I guess i'm not going to be doing any reading" Arthur replies.
"Why the hell do you think I ate the last scone anyways?" Alice replies.
"Elementary my love" Arthur replies, "You see I deduced that you have to be the culprit as only you and I are currently in the house, America is back in his own country plus even though he'll eat anything, he refuse to eat my cooking" Arthur says frowning in annoyance before a look of contemplative replaces it, "You Alice are the only person besides myself that actually will eat my cooking let alone enjoy and we can rule out the possibility of me eating the scone since I was planning on eating it later only to find it gone therefor if my deduction is correct which it always is that proves that you are the one to eat the scone now all you need to do is fess up, accept your punishment and then everything goes back to normal" Arthur replies.
"Yeah but there's one key problem with your deductions sherlock" Alice states.
"And what would that be love?" Arthur asks.
"I DIDN'T DO IT!" Alice yells as a loud clattering sound is heard prompting the young couple to quickly rush to their feet. Alice quickly materializes her Vorpal Blade out of thin air as Arthur pulls out his wand. The two quickly head to the kitchen slowly not wanting to alert whatever intruder that is in there of their presence. The two slowly open the kitchen door and shocked by what they find…

…a flying mint colored bunny and a grey skeletal cat with black tribal markings.
"Are you sure we should be taking food from Arthur and Alice, Cheshire this seems wrong" Flying Mint Bunny asks.
"Nonsense Minty, neither Arthur nor Alice will mind plus I need something to wash the taste of that disgusting burnt piece of charcoal out of my mouth" The Cheshire Cat replies looking through the fridge as Flying Mint Bunny hovers overhead.
"Well it looks like we found the culprit" Alice states startling the cat and the bunny who quickly turn around.
"Indeed we have love, indeed we have" Arthur replies.
"T-This c-can be e-easily explained r-right Cheshire?" Flying Mint Bunny asks turning towards her companion.
"Your on you own Minty" The Cat replies grinning before vanishing.
"Oh jeez" Flying Mint Bunny replies quickly dashing out a convenient open window which Arthur and Alice walk over and shut since there both still handcuffed together.
"Now I think someone owes me an apology" Alice replies smirking as Arthur sighs.
"I'm sorry love, I forgot to factor in the possibility of our fairytale friends" Arthur says downtrodden, "Some detective I turned out to be" he says before Alice places both of her hands on either side of his face and pulls him into a passionate ziplock. After pulling away she smiles at him.
"I think you make a great detective Arthur" Alice says as he smiles happily, "Now about these handcuffs".
"R-Right i'll get the key" Arthur says about to turn around before Alice grabs his shoulder.
"Actually I was kinda hoping we could keep them on a little longer" Alice says smirking before leaning close to his ear and whispering, "You did mention something about a punishment and I have been a very bad girl" she whispers in his ear as Arthur blushes heavily before picking Alice up bridal style and rousing towards their bedroom.
Hope you enjoyed this little one-shot R&R…have a great day:)
