Arthur's Soliloquy
by Verbum
Disclaimer: I do not own Arthur Weasley, though I wish that I did because to write this was very entertaining. That honor belongs to the Great J.K. Rowling. I do, however, own a computer.
Your curves enchant
your face tells
a thousand tales
from 'round the world
its clarity, perfection, hiding
a mind of wonders unsurpassable
Always quiet, listening
with open ears
"Arthur! Dinner's ready!"
damn, where was I? Oh, yes...
with open ears and ways to help
ever ready in time of need
or times of harmony
"Arthur! Come down to dinner!"
"Yes, dear!"
How I wish we were alone
away from prying eyes
I happen to know the buttons to push
for the sake of compromise
"Arthur, are you on that computer again?"
Alas, I must take leave of thee
for the sake of halcyon
but always remember deep inside
I will return anon...
