Broken Glass

She threw it in a fit of rage once and it shattered. Glass everywhere. It was on the floor on the bed, and embedded in the wall. But the picture that was in the frame was still intact, still clinging to the frame and the few shards of glass within it as it bounced on the bed. She could never actually destroy the picture, it was beautiful, it was a keepsake of the past. It was of the past she loved so dearly and wished so desperately to return to.

She saw pieces of herself in the glass. All the glass, either on the wall or the bed or the floor.

Then she glanced at the mirror, and saw herself in whole, a spark of her potential. She glanced back at the glass, the barrier of the past and present in the framed picture of young Team 7, then at the picture.

She decided she wanted to keep everything.

The past, the present and the future.

So the picture's gonna be back on her dresser again.

And she's gonna take everything that comes her way.

Whether good or bad, she's keeping all of it.

And the glass? Imbedded in the wall?

She has no use for time anymore, or the glass.

The picture and the frame are fine without it.
