Prologue
I stared entranced at the full moon; it was so majestic and ethereal against the dark night sky and it's wispy clouds- seemingly untouchable. I couldn't help it. To have myself standing so eerily still, locked in place by a spell I could never get away from; even if I'd wanted to. A sigh escaped my lips, the frosty air of the up coming winter showing itself in my breath. Distantly, I could recall Hotaru's voice.
'Setsuna? Aren't you gonna be cold out there?'
I had stopped at the question. For a moment, Hotaru had sounded like… someone. 'Who' that someone was escaped me. In the end I had simply told her no. Dressed like it was early fall why would I have been? The cold did nothing to me. I had long ago toughened myself up, hardened myself to the harsh realities of life physically…and mentally.
A shudder racked through my frame. I shut my eyes, suddenly coming back to myself. I glanced around making sure no one had noticed me in my moment of vulnerability. Seeing that I was indeed alone, I continued my nightly stroll through the park. Another shudder. The pain was getting worse. Shooting one more glance to the moon above. I realized then that soon, very soon, I wouldn't be needed anymore. My light was fading. And for some reason, I felt as if a wall was breaking.

Looking around, she noticed she was in the hallway, the same hallway she had been seeing for the past few weeks now. She immediately started to run; hoping against hope that she could reach the end this time. She needed to reach the end this time.
"Serenity, you shouldn't run." a soft melodic voice stated; the owner of said voice hidden in shadow, still too far to reach. She pushed herself harder, running just a tidbit faster.
"Who are you?!" Usagi shouted, desperately trying to get closer to this person; this person who seemed so familiar.
"You're going to give mother a heart attack if you fall." The voice continued calmly, as if she hadn't just yelled out to it.
The mist that clouded her vision suddenly gave way revealing stairs that seemed to be endless. She managed to look up and, for a split second, she caught jaded blue eyes…before she fell.

"AAAAAHHHHH!!!!!"
"Usagi! Wake up!" Mamoru whispered. Concern etched on his face. Just as he was about to gently shake her, blue rises opened, and the screaming stopped as if it never happened. He moved away.
"It happened again." She said without being told. She sat up, looking anywhere but her boyfriends worried gaze. Mamoru snorted. That was a given.
"We're going to have to tell someone." He whispered sitting down.
"I know." The blond replied. Exhaustion laced in her voice. "I know."
Silence ensued as Mamoru engulfed his loved one in a hug.
"They're getting worse." Usagi whispered as she recalled what she had seen to make her scream so violently. But this one had definitely been different. The last part of this dream had seemed more like a vision. Trembling slightly it still remained with her so vivid; millions of dead bodies, friends and family indistinguishable; with Setsuna standing in the middle of it all.

I've only been able to put small pieces together on how this story is supposed to play out, and the fact I don't really know stuff about this series it may take awhile for me to put a chapter up. But never fear, I'm learning. Thank God for the internet. Until then.
