disclaimer: I do not own the products and services related to blizzard; including world of warcraft – and this is merely an exercise in creativity

author's note: Scholomance has been one of my favorite dungeons for ages now – it is a place of horrible things and the ghosts still remain hopeful for some small kind of redemption

summary: your father taught you about mercy, but you have your own way of delivering it/scholomance and the ghosts

-your father is a respected paladin: a righteous man of faith, you can remember his lessons on compassion and mercy and how to be careful with justice (you can remember your mother who fell in with the crusade) and you know you are lucky: when your talents were first discovered, your father was estatic and eagerly walked you to your first lesson in Old Town. (your father's shadow is long and you try hard to be fair and follow in his footsteps when you can)

(but nothing is more satisfying than watching the villains as your poison strikes home)

(the ghosts weep with relief)

"welcome to the house of Barov", the tattered sign says.
