The Beginnings of the Relationship (Part of the Forced Exhibition Series)

Disclaimer: I do not own Okage. You should know this. Mostly because Ari doesn't chunk that stupid music box at Marlene's head in a fit of rage and then proceeds to declare his undying devotion to his one true master, Stan. See?
Rating: PG-13 to light R (I guess?)

Warnings: Forced exhibition? Is that a warning?
Pairings: Stan/Ari
Summary: Annie walks in on Ari and Stan.
Opening Author's Notes:
Another Forced Exhibition Series ficlet. And a short one, at that. This one, looking at the title, is placed in the beginning of the series. As always, it is un-betaed, so any errors are completely my fault.

The Beginnings of the Relationship

"Is this okay?"

"…Yes."

"I feel… weird. You know, with you… looking. At me."

"It's alright. Believe me, I like what I see."

"You do?"

"I do…"

Of course, this is when Annie burst through the door.

"Ari! Mom says…. Woah."

Ari, completely nude and laying on his bed, propped by his elbows with Stan crouched, half-dressed, over him, turned as red as his hair.

And then promptly shrieked like a girl.

Stan, meanwhile, turned calmly towards the girl and glared at her. "Haven't you ever heard of knocking?" He leaned up from his crouch to allow room for Ari to cower underneath the bedcovers.

Annie stared. Then grinned. Then she started to giggle.

"Oh my god, you guys were going to do it, weren't you?"

"GET OUT!" Ari screamed.

Stan rolled his eyes. "Not anymore, no thanks to you," he snarked.

"Alright, alright." Annie laughed and left the room, closing the door behind her.

Stan sighed a breath of relief. He turned to Ari, who had the sheet completely over his head.

"She's gone. She even closed the door."

Ari's elevated breathing was the only reply.

"She won't interrupt us again…" Stan prodded.

Still, nothing but fast-paced breaths.

"Ari? You can calm down now…"

"….No…." It was a pitiful moan.

Stan rolled his eyes, and began the search for Ari's pants. They'd have to try this again another time.
