I DON NOT OWN THE CHARACTERS OR THE ORIGINAL STORY... JUST WANTED TO CONTINUE THE STORY SO I COUL LOVE HATTER EVEN MORE!
Chapter 1
"Wait!" shouted Hatter from across the room as Alice disappeared through the looking-glass.
A sudden thought popped into his head. It took him a split second to decide whether or not he would give up his entire life in Wonderland for her.
Hatter sprinted towards the looking-glass and leapt through just in time. There was no doubt he loved her.
As Hatter stirred feeling confused about his surroundings and why he felt battered and bruised, he remembered Alice. He looked frantically left and right until his eyes met her pale face. Rushing towards her, he gently picked her up and started walking out of the alley, shouting for help.
He stayed with her all the way to the hospital. A woman, who he guessed was her mother, came rushing towards them.
"Who are you?" She said, worried. He enlightened her that he was the person who found her and thought it best she should be accompanied by someone to the hospital.
After being told by the doctors Alice was going to be fine, Hatter left feeling he should leave Alice in the care of her mother. He turned to leave.
"Will you come and see her once she is home? Here is our address, please visit us in a couple of days." Alice's mother said wanting to thank the stranger who found her daughter.
Alice had been out of hospital for two days now. Her mother was getting worried as she wasn't being her usual self. She had put away everything to do with the search for her father like she had accepted he had gone. This depression wasn't good.
Her thoughts were distracted as she heard a knock at the door.
'Oh yes, that must be David.' She thought to herself as she opened the door. "Please come in, I'll just get her."
Alice's mother noted how awkwardly David stood in the hallway.
"Alice, David is here." She called to Alice.
"HATTER!" Alice shouted with glee as she ran down the hall into the arms of David.
Meanwhile in Wonderland, the king was utterly distraught, pacing his chambers. How could she have chosen Hatter over him? He had offered her a kingdom and the Ring of Wonderland, this rejection stung. He needed to win her back.
Late that night Jack slipped past the guards and placed the ring into the looking glass. Vanishing into the portal, Jack was unaware of the pair of eyes watching him, the eyes of a White Knight.
