I... Have no reasonning for this. I don't even know anything about Casey other then what I've read in fanfics . Don't own it.
"Wait, April!" Donnie called as he pulled up beside her in the sewer tunnel. "I'm sorry, okay? Just let me explain-!"
"Explain what?" April demanded. She crossed her arms over her chest angrily. "Explain why you're always such a jerk to Casey? Why you act like I'm not allowed to talk to him?"
Donatello winced. "Okay, maybe I could be nicer to him..."
"That's the truth." Casey Jones walked around the corner, looking really hot in a red t-shirt and black jeans. "Seriously, Donnie. Back off." He wrapped a protective arm around April's waist, and she leaned into him with a small sigh.
The ninja turtle looked desperately between the two of them, switching between anger and hurt. "April..."
"Just drop it!" she yelled. "I know you're in love with me. EVERYONE knows you're in love with me! But I love Casey!" To prove her point, she grabbed Casey's shoulders and passionately kissed him. Casey kissed back, hugging April tightly.
Donatello, heart broken, went back to the lair and cried.
Donnie sat back from the computer with a look of horror on his face. I couldn't blame him; the whole experience had been traumatizing for me, too.
"How many?" he whispered hoarsely.
I placed a gentle hand in his scaly green shoulder. "Hundreds," I said quietly. "Maybe thousands."
"Aw, shell," he cursed. "This is how people portray me?" He let his head fall to the tabletop with a sound clunk.
Leo popped into the lab, craning his neck to see what we were looking at. "What the-?!" The eldest turtle whirled on me, murder in his eyes. "Maya, so help me-!"
"He needed to know," I pacified. "Would you rather he stay in the dark on something this important?"
"... No," Leo grumbled. He glared at me from the corner of his eye. "But we had AGREED to tell him WHEN I FELT HE WAS READY."
"You KNEW?" Donnie squeaked, straightening. "What- How long have you guys been keeping this from me?!" His face suddenly paled to the shade of a Lima bean. "Please, PLEASE tell me April hasn't seen any of this."
I exchanged a guilty look with Leo and chose that moment to casually take my leave. The last thing I heard was Leo's cautious, "Come on, I'm sure she doesn't take any of it to heart..."
The lab door screeched into place and I leaned against, relieved to have gotten it over with. Now the question was- How to explain to Raph the BrOTP situation...
Seriously. I'm so tired right now. Goodnight, everybody!
