This is just a small thing I thought of when I saw this scene in the movie. I feel the same way as Venus. For those of you who don't know she is my white 2007 Chevy OC. She's Tex's daughter even though she is a truck.

It was just after the race and a group of four was headed to the middle of the track to see who won after the close race between The King, Chick Hicks, and Lightning McQueen. Tex, Strip, and Lynda headed out of the gate first with Tex's daughter Venus following behind them.

Venus wasn't really paying attention, she was laughing softly to herself as she reminded herself of the fact that even though her Father was more respected and actually owned the company her horns were far bigger then his. She just found it funny.

Venus was just starting to think of something else when her father spoke to Strip. She shut her mouth and listened quietly.

"Ohh we, that was one close finish. You sure made Dinoco proud. Thank you, King." Tex told Strip with a smile and a nod.

Strip smiled back and replied, "Well, Tex, you've been good to me all these years. It's the least I could do."

What happened next nearly sent Venus over the edge to throwing up. Lynda looked to her husband and said with a smile, "Whatever happens, you're winner to me, you old daddy rabbit." Venus gagged quietly when Lynda bumped and snuggled against Strip.

With a soft snort Venus rolled her eyes and looked away, the scene far too sickeningly sweet and tacky for her taste. But Strip just thought it was sweet and nudged his wife back, "Thanks, dear. We wouldn't be nothing without you."

Even after all the years she had followed her father around and been with Strip and Lynda she would never get use to their cuddling. She sighed and just continued to follow them, mostly unnoticed as usual.
