Prologue. RAW-Going into the Royal Rumble, World Champ Goldberg, found himself in a bad situation while he was hunted down by three men, Chris Jericho, Triple H, and Kane all stalking after the champ. After Kane disposed of Shane 'O Mac at Survivor Series, and w/ the shocking turn of Shawn Michaels, Goldberg was helpless against the three on one assault. It was soon decided that a #1 contender match between the three should take place. Kane won and got Goldberg at the Royal Rumble. Despite his efforts, Goldberg lost his streak and his title to Kane in front of a sold-out Boston crowd. Though Jericho threw out many people it was Rob Van Dam who disposed of him and won the Rumble and a shot at his former partner for the world title at Wrestlemania. Leading into the PPV Rvd tried to convince his "friend" to the Kane of old, but appeared to have no effect. Going into Wrestlemania, Kane destroyed Rvd and threw him into a flaming dumpster. Rvd appeared in no condition to wrestle and it seemed as though there would be no title match. But much to the surprise of Kane, Rvd showed up and the match was under way! Rvd eventually convinced Kane to put on his mask halfway through the match. As Kane put on his mask, he rejoiced to the fans, followed up by a chokeslam to retain the title, and receive a standing ovation from the fans.
The return of the Rock was rejoiced by "the millions and the millions of the Rock's fans" and not by his enemies. After losing at the Rumble, Triple H targeted the Great One and told him to "Just Bring It". The Rock agreed and the two fought at Wrestlemania, with Triple H being triumphant after bringing in the Sledgehammer with the ref down. He knocked out the Rock and revived the ref for a 1-2-3. Smackdown!-Brock Lesnar. The name has become infamous with success. After ridding himself of the Undertaker for the 2nd No Mercy in a row, it seemed as though Lesnar could not lose the title. Or could he? This time Undertaker challenged the champion on his on turf. Wrestlemania. Not only that, but the match would be. an Inferno match. Undertaker won the first and only inferno match and was also undefeated at Wrestlemania. Lesnar was in trouble and he knew it. The Undertaker fought like a true champion at Wrestlemania XX and won the championship by setting Lesnar's boots on fire, making him the champion and 12-0 at Wrestlemania.

Though this chapter was short, it will mean a lot later. Make sure you read it and I hope you enjoy it!
