dislcm: NOT MINE
warnings: M. buttsex (though brief) sadism, general creepiness.
Notes: This is really bizarre. I'm sorry.
The heightened psychosis quote is from the X-Files (love) and "Domine Deus, Agnus Dei" means, "Lord God, Lamb of God" and is the 8th part of the Vivaldi Gloria.

Eyes sits perched on his chair, surveying the others like a little prince. Ryoko and Kousuke pay him no mind, engaged in a spirited argument. Rio stares back adoringly, and Kanone pulls the puppeteers' strings from the shadows. Eyes winces as the wires cut him, because part of Kanone's skill is to make the metaphors oh so real. He is god, after all.
(someone never read Frankenstein)
The silence deafens as Kanone tugs his toy through the doorway, leaving the other three at the dinner table to make idle chitchat about the shambles of their lives. The occurrence is like clockwork, regular and unquestionable, though Kanone longs to point out that time is only a human construct. Eyes whimpers as he tugs his strings tighter and growls. "You are only my puppet."
Eyes does not respond, only narrows his prettyboyblue eyes and grits his teeth. Kanone twines the strings tighter around his prince's arms, and smiles. The other youth shrinks back, since Kanone is always at his most dangerous when he is smiling.

"This is all for us, my beloved Eyes, my prince, my puppet." He strokes his cheek with one hand and squeezes the blood from his forearm with the other. He wishes Eyes would scream. It is always better when he screams. Because the blood isn't quite the same in the silence, coursing down pale white skin. Kanone sometimes wonders why Eyes lets him do it. Maybe he is as masochistic as Kanone is sadistic, and they are a perfect pair then.
(domine deus, agnus dei)
From there on out it is the same false, practiced routine. Kanone pounds into him dry, nails and wires leaving scars that won't fade, and a desperate madness saturates the air. Eyes screams, and the note dies before is starts. No one will come, anyway, since this is only what Kanone does to those he loves. As Eyes pants on the floor, Kanone decides to leave him, and heads outside to feed the cats.
It affords him a twisted satisfaction, he muses as he strokes a particularly lively Siamese, that by the time Kiyotaka returns, those wires will be a part of his flesh.
