Samantha's eyes snapped open, the sound of movement was clear. At least to her ears. She sat up in bed, glancing down at her boyfriend's sleeping form. No need to wake him. Instead, she stood up and silently walked into the hallway. Peering across the span of a few feet and through hanging beads, she was just in time to see a figure pass. Crap. The thought was more impulse than choice. She walked into another room, pressing herself against the wall. Samantha sucked in a quick breath as the door to her left opened, and the figure walked into the room. Not taking a moment's pause she grabbed his arm, twisting it around to disable him. She wasn't expecting the swift retaliation , nor for the invader to grab her arm and twist it himself, or to be shoved into a doorway. She kicked hard but was pushed back yet again into a slightly lighter room. The two fought for a good minute, Samantha receiving a sizable punch before swinging around for a kick at the man. It wasn't long until she found herself pinned to the ground, or until her eyes widened in recondition.
"Easy tiger." The voice was a familiar one, and calm as ever.
"Dean?" Samantha's question was answered with a victorious chuckle. "You scared the crap out of me!"
"Well that's 'cuz you're out of practice" with that Samantha grabbed Dean's arm, kicked him in the head and flipped him over, leg pressing on his throat. "Or not." Dean chuckled. For a moment she realized that with any other people the situation could be frightfully creepy. "Get off me" the older Wincester pushed on Samantha's leg and she stood, pulling her brother up with her.
"Dean, what the hell are you doing here?"
"Well I was looking for a beer."
"Sam?" the light flicked on and both Wincesters looked towards the door, where a blonde, Pajama wearing, man stood.
"Jake, hey." Sam smiled and turned to dean. "Dean, this is my boyfriend Jacob."
"Your brother Dean?" Jake asked, smiling friendlily. Sam wasn't sure if her brother heard the underlying question The gay one?
"I really like the smurfs." Dean walked towards Jake, motioning towards his boxers.
"I'll get into something…" Jake took a step back, turning slightly.
"No, no, I wouldn't dream of it, really." Jake and Sam frowned in unison. "Now it's been nice, really, but Sam and I have family business to talk about."
"No." Sam shook her head and walked over to Jake, who put his hand on her hip. "Anything you have to say Jake can hear."
"Dad hasn't been home in a few days"
"And? So he's working overtime at the mill, he'll come back sooner or later"
"Dad's on a hunting trip, and he hasn't been home in a few days." Sam felt her stomach clench, and she bit her lip.
"Jake, if you'll give us a minute"
