There once was a girl who was put under a spell by a dark witch. Many tired to undo the spell, but none succeeded. Her parents, grief stricken, hid her way in a very tall tower in a forbidden part of the castle. Her resting place was left undisturbed until one fateful day, a handsome prince stumbled upon it.
He had stormy gray eyes and platinum blond hair. He was looking for a place to hide away from all of the attention that seemed to follow him.
He had seen the forbidden sign on the door, but discarded it. He walked into the maze of briers, discovering why this place was so forbidden. His clothes got caught a few times, ripping them a little, but the boy kept moving forward.
The prince was always a curious one and briers weren't about to stop him. He continued through the maze until he found a room full of potions. Sitting on the table was a note written in perfect script that read: Take a drink of only one potion, and you will find whom you are seeking. The prince raised a blond brow and gazed around the room. There had to be thousands of potions, but a single blue one caught his attention. He pressed the bottle to his lips.
The room started to shake and suddenly the prince was transported into a bedroom. There were red roses sitting by the bed, and red and gold surrounded the room. But what caught the prince's attention was a beautiful red haired girl sleep peacefully in the bed. He hesitantly crept forward and took a better look at the girl.
The girl was absolutely beautiful. She had a heart-shaped face, a button nose, freckles all over, and full pink lips. The prince wondered what color her eyes were and he decided that he should try to wake her. He nudged her shoulder, but girl didn't wake. He stroke her cheek, yet the girl didn't move. The prince raised a brow and slowly leaned down to kiss the girl's cheek. He placed his lips chastely to her cheek, and the girl still did not stir. Sighing in frustration, the prince decided that the girl still wouldn't wake if he kissed her full on the lips. He decided to try, just to prove himself right. He pressed his lips not-so-gently on hers and kissed her like he had no other.
The girl responded to his lips and the prince knew that she must have finally waken up. He pulled away from her hesitantly and looked into deep pools of green.
"Why didn't you wake at first?" he asked the girl.
"The spell has been undone!" the girl cheered.
"Spell?"
"Yes, you've saved me at last. I've been waiting years for you!"
"Why me? Why not another?" he asked.
"The spell could only be broken by a true love." the girl replied.
The prince raised a brow and thought for a few moments.
"What's your name?" he asked her.
"Lily."
Lily. Such a beautiful name. It fit her well.
"I'm Scorpius."
Lily smiled and took his hands in hers.
"I can never thank you enough."
"I'm sure I could think of a few ways you could thank me." Scorpius said slyly.
She laughed and replied with, "Oh, I bet you could."
And then he leaned forward and placed another kiss upon her lips.
"I'm not sure about everything yet, but I know that I like how you feel against me." Scorpius commented, causing Lily to swat his arm and laugh.
"So do I." she replied.
And they were kissing once more.
