The videotape caught everything that happened in the house of Ari Haswari.
Sarah David was seven years old, and stood in the living room of Ari Haswari with a bright and happy smile, as Ari hugged her, and pulled her into his lap.
She would do as was asked of her, without questions or protests because she knew that he would punish her a lot more if she didn't. Stockholm Syndrome meant that what he was doing to her, every touch, every night's terror, she thought was right because she thought it was out of love.
When he finished with her, he would say that he loved her. She would say it back, and the young child did understand the term of love, because the love that she had been shown since her kidnapping. Was not love, it was far from love. It was a nightmare, and it was abuse.
But she did not understand that term. She was too young.
Ari grinned at the camera as begun beating her......
The camera saw everything, the abuse, the child that refused to cry because she knew the beatings would be worse if she did. Then the child slumped on the floor.
Ziva had tears streaming down her face as she held her held in her arms. Sarah was sixteen now, and she clung to her mother. Gibbs looked angry and he tried to help comfort their child.
The DVD was one of many thrown in with Ari's belongings when they found where he had been staying. They thought they would be on terrorism or something similar, but that was not the case. Each and every 'movie' starred Sarah. A child lost, A child stolen. A child abused and harmed so much that she was scared of her own footsteps.
Gibbs and Ziva wanted to know what their child had been through, and had not been prepared to see the DVD's, but was going to be always there for their daughter. Even after they has seen most of the tapes.........
