I know I should be working on my other stories but...this popped into my head and wouldnt leave me alone until I wrote it down.

I don't own vocaloids!

~START~

Len sat on a grassy green hill that overlooked the whole city. The bright yellow lights in the distance brought back memories of his childhood with his sister, Rin.

Rin.

Len bit his bottom lip as he recalled all the time he spent with his older twin sister. She was always smiling and laughing, sometimes for the wrong reasons.

He sighed and looked at the darkening sky above. He missed her. He missed all the time they spent together. He missed her warm embrace as went they to their separate classes at school.

Len felt tears prick his eyes. If only he had saved her. If only she had just run and saved herself, if only she had just been selfish for once and just left him to die.

He recalled everything so clearly. The car. The screaming. The blood. Oh god the blood.

"Len, w-where are you?" He remembered Rin calling out as she lifted a bloody hand towards him.

"I'm here Rin, you're going to be okay!" Len said through his sobs.

"I can't...see you" Rin replied weekly.

"Please Rin don't give up on me!" Len yelled as Rin's eyes started to flutter shut.

"I'm...so-sorry Len, I can't" Rin's hand dropped to the ground as sirens wailed all around them.

Len was screaming Rin's name and begging her to come back but-

She was gone.

It had been to late to save her. The doctors said it was a wonder how she hadn't died on impact.

Len felt guilt welling up inside him. If Rin hadn't of pushed him out of the way, she would still be here! If only he hadn't of seen Neru on the other side of the road!

He wanted to ask her something. Something Rin had told him to. He loved Neru, but now he couldn't remember what love was or is.

"Len! You should tell her how you feel!" Rin's words echoed inside his head.

"Len, you're so funny!"

"Len! Can you help me?"

"Len! Promise me we will always be together!"

"Len! Look out!"

Len's vision blurred as he recalled more and more of what his sister had said to him. She looked almost happy when she died.

Miku, a close friend of Rin's had said that she was smiling because she knew that she had saved him.

Len doubted it. She probably hates him for causing her life to end so suddenly.

The thought made Len's heart hurt. He reached a hand up to touch his shirt where his heart was. He grasped the fabric in his hand tightly and sobbed.

"Rin! Please forgive me!" He wailed into the darkness that shrouded the land.

A figure stood behind the tree that Len sat in front of. Her blond hair flowed in the wind as she smiled, it was a bitter smile.

"Len, I love you" the figure said as it's body faded and turned to yellow dust in which the wind blew away.

"Live your life, for you and for me"

Len broke down, his anguished wails echoing off into the distance. The lights in the city grew brighter as if to tell him it was alright, that he had a right to feel sad.

After Len had calmed down, he stood up. He shouldn't worry the others by staying out so late. He put on a fake smile and walked down the hill, towards the city lights and away from Rin.

Her grave was on the hill, he often visited. Bringing a yellow flower with him each time. Her trade mark bow sits on top of the grave, somehow it never blows away.

Maybe someday, Len will be able to move on and live his life.

For both him, and his sister.
