Authors note: I have a tendency to get writers block in the middle of a story, but I eventually finish them…eventually…yeah. I have another Harry Potter Story on the go…I had it up for a while, but I stopped writing…and now that school is on, I may not be able to update frequently, and between this and Gossip Girl, I will be really busy.
Also, writing is discouraging when I don't get some sort of feedback, so please, feel free to criticize or compliment me…I can take it.
Prologue:
Snape sat at his desk in the dungeons of Hogwarts castle, a long piece of parchment in front of him, filled with tiny cramped writing. The frown on his face got deeper with each passing line, the grip of his knuckles insanely tight against the edge of the desk.
…matter of utmost importance. You must see to the matter immediately…could mean great disaster for the wizarding world. To remedy the matter, you must use your time turner, and turn it back precisely twenty and three quarter turns. Any more and you will go back to far, any less and you will not go back far enough. Of course, there is another matter of which you must be aware. They have a secret…
Snape's brow was furrowed, lost in deep thought. The letter was simply signed an old friend, but Snape had no idea who it could be from.
Knowing nothing about what was going on, or who had sent him this letter, Snape went to his closet, where he kept all his powerful magic items. He walked in, taking care to shut and lock the door behind him.
After finding his time turner, Snape left his closet and sat once again at his desk. He turned it over in his hands, not thinking about the consequences of his actions. He started to twist the time turner.
One…two…three…four…
