Just a poem I wrote for my Creative Writing class. It's a pastiche off the poem "Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening" By Robert Frost. If you can't figure it out, it's from Rose's perspective from the beginning to right before she tries to commit suicide. Please review if you want
DISCLAIMER: I do not own "Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening" By Robert Frost or Titanic.
Whose life this is, I do not know
It passes by so fast, not slow;
No one hears me, no not one
My purpose here is just for show.
No one sees me, not anyone
I am invisible, so I run.
Over the rail, one jump, end it.
Just let go and it will be done.
Into the water I will fall
But someone, to me, he does call.
His saving request, not to go
That makes my world seem huge, not small
I don't want to end everything
A tiny glimmer of hoping
He saves me with his calling
He saves me with his calling
