So this is my first Titanic fic. I really hope you enjoy it, and please comment! Criticize all you want!
Knives were being thrown at me from all angles. None of them hit me, they seemed to go right through me like they were holographs. I could feel the pain, but there wasn't a scratch on my body. I couldn't scream. His hands were covering my mouth. He was screaming three words in my ear.
"You let go! You let go! You let go!" over and over again.
I didn't know where I was. It was all white. He took me to his realm, I suppose. I heard water, and plenty of screaming behind me. It got cold. So cold, my body went numb. He let go of me and made me face him.
"Don't say a goddamned word," he hissed. He looked just like I last saw him. His lips were blue, his blonde hair was frozen to his cheeks.
"Rose, I loved you. And you marry Cal? You let go on me? We promised one another we'd never, ever let go. I want you to feel the pain I went through trying to keep you alive. You'll never get out now."
I saw a wave come crashing down. Jack stood still, unfazed. The weight of the water knocked me down and I lost my breath. I began to panic. The water was cold, and it made everything worse. I looked all around to find a way out. Then I saw her. The Titanic was at the ocean floor. With difficulty I swam to it. I ripped the hem of my dress and tied myself to her. It what Jack wanted. He wanted me dead. Not to be with me, but he wanted me to feel the pain he did.
Soon, he'd get his wish. I stopped fighting it, and let death overcome me.
After a while, all I saw was black. But the black soon morphed into white. Jack was standing over me. His face was drenched with tears.
"I did this to you? Rose, I just killed you." He dropped to his knees and embraced me.
"I deserved it. I let go," I whispered. I sat there, his arms were secure around me.
