Hey I felt like having this little Drac x Char one shot

Hey I felt like having this little Drac x Char one shot. Post end.

It had been three years since that day. Charlotte was sitting at the piano. A haunting melody filled the room. Her fingers dance over the keys. She closed her eyes and imagined Velkin. She knew there wasn't any chance with him any more. So, why did she care? She blamed the castle, her prison. The walls had lost any color, and the air was chilly. She longed to be able to escape. But there was no chance of that. Unless she wanted to die. But there worse things then death. Her spirit was bound to the walls.

"It is amazing, the tunes feelings can play," Charlotte thought.

"Perhaps, it's best I just run out into the sun and get sent to Lucien," She stopped playing.

Three years since her death. And three years since she saw Gabriel or Vlad, Carol, or even Anna. The seams holding her together were growing thin. Her sanity was at risk. Anna died to save Gabriel, but she died to save Vlad and Velkin. Perhaps it was because she was half dammed? She did her part in saving the world! Why should she be ignored?

"If only he were here," She arose, her tattered skirts flowed airily behind her.

The sky was orange, the ground mold, and the castle of Lucien shined black. Vlad, looked at the crystal seeing Charlotte. She had changed, each day her spirit was wasting away. He couldn't bear it. He rushed to the thrown room.

"Lucien!" He cried

"What!?" a dark, rude voice came from the other side of the door.

"I ask you to send me back, back to Charlotte!" Vlad shouted.

"What!?" The voice shouted. "I save your from purgatory, and you ask a favor of me!"

The door whipped open to reveal a giant bat like man.

"Yes!"

"Then… who am I to deny you?" The man slapped Dracula.

Charlotte was still playing. The tune was heart wrenching. Almost enough to make a skeleton cry. She stood and had made her decision. If the sun was to tease her, and Vlad was not there, what use was living?

Vald ran to the castle from the Carpathian Mountains. It was long and hard. Three days and four nights. He hoped it wasn't a cruel illusion, that Lucien had put into the crystal. He finally arrived. The castle, his home, Charlotte, his love. They were all restored to him.

He ran into the court yard and saw Charlotte stepping out into the sun.

"No!" He ran at full speed and pushed Charlotte back into the castle.

"V-V-Vlad?" Charlotte started crying.

"Yes?"

Charlotte hugged and smooched his lips off. The happiness radiated. Charlotte's miserable gray dress transformed into the one she wore at the masquerade, only all black with glitter. The two remain in the castle, although the knights of the holy order would find out, maybe all wouldn't be well for the two.
