"Dipper come look at this! It's so cool!" Mabel yelled across the underground lab, her voice echoing throughout the room. "We shouldn't be down here Mabel, Great Uncle Ford told us not to-" Dipper started, but stopped and looked up. The portal was rebuilt, and everything was set up for it to work. "What is Ford doing down here..." Dipper whispered, carefully walking to the edge of the Portal's danger zone, his toes just barely hanging over the line. "Dipper! Look! It's Smile Dip!" Mabel exclaimed, reaching above one of the control panels to reach the small packet. She slipped, her elbow bumping one of the switches into place. The portal activated, and began to glow brightly. Dipper began to float off the ground, and he turned around to see his sister's shocked expression. "Mabel! Do something!" He yelled, reaching out for her hand. She reached out for it, but she couldn't reach far enough. "Mabel! MABEL!" Dipper screamed, before disappearing into the portal.

"Grunkle Stan! Grunkle Ford!" Mabel yelled, tearing through the mystery shack and nearly crashing into the table where her grunkles were sitting. Grunkle Ford was immediately alert, While Stan just looked relaxed. "Mabel! What's wrong?!" Ford asked, his expression nervous. All Mabel could say was "Dipper...Portal...Smile Dip...Switch..." but her Grunkles understood. They both ran to the basement, Stan basically kicking the elevator doors open, and they looked up at the portal. It was dimly glowing, and Dipper's scream was faintly echoing from it. Stan raced forwards, sticking his hand into the portal in an attempt to reach Dipper, but he couldn't feel anything. Ford began pressing buttons, darting from one control panel to another. "Gah! Why did the kid have to go around touching things?!" Stan yelled, gesturing to the flipped switch. "Actually Grunkle Stan...It was me. I reached up to get the Smile Dip and then I slipped and hit the switch, and the portal ate Dipper!" She sobbed, putting her hands over her face. "Hey, it's okay kiddo. It was an accident." Stan exclaimed, putting a hand on her shoulder. Ford sighed behind them. "I can't get the portal to eject Dipper." He said, sitting down in his desk and putting his head in his hands. Stan turned around. "WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU CAN'T GET THE PORTAL TO EJECT DIPPER?!" He yelled, and Mabel started to cry again. "I mean I can't get him out of that portal." Ford whispered, his whole body shaking. Stan pounded his fist on the desk, yelling "YOU'RE GONNA STAY DOWN HERE, AND FIND A WAY TO GET DIPPER OUT OF THAT PORTAL!", before grabbing Mabel's hand and pulling her into the elevator.

Dipper closed his eyes tightly, covering his ears with his hands to block out the white noise in this dimension. He sighed, opening his eyes. He was floating in a space-like environment, a whistling noise constantly assaulting his ears. He began to wonder how Ford was still Sane...he already felt like he was losing it. This was going to be a long eternity.
