A/N: My mom and I are huge Wondrous Strange fans and one thing we talked about was Sonny's appearance at Kelley's first night of performance. We had many questions and I gave her my version (as well as another fan fic, but if I write that, it will be a comedy).
"Wait!" Sonny heard a voice call behind him.
"Yes," he turned, "Oh Bob." He smiled slightly at seeing the familiar face in the Otherworld.
"I must be quick, there is not much time, and being in the Otherworld is always risky." Sonny nodded in reply. "Kelley's first show comes soon."
"I am aware of that, but why have you come to tell me that, surely that is not extremely important since I cannot escape at the moment." Sonny reasoned.
"Would you like to see the show?" Bob waited a few moments.
"Yes, of course I would, but that's impossible." His dark eyebrows furrowed.
"Aye, I know it is lad, but I have ways."
"Please explain, quickly though." Sonny sat upon the soft ground.
"I come to miss the life of the palace," the one playing Puck paused when the Janus smirked, "Truly I sometimes do. I might be possible that I may talk to Auberon about getting my position back in exchange to let you see the show."
"That would," The young man stuttered, his face full with delight, "That would be amazing, but it does not sound like a fair deal."
"Like I said, I have grown tired of the human world, at first I thought getting into these reenactments of Faeries would help me, but of course, no. It would do me well to come back to my birth land, and it would do Kelley well to see you."
"What are the conditions?" Sonny knew full well that the Fae folk were always tricky in deals and exchanges.
"We must talk to Auberon about that." Bob replied.
"No, no I will not talk to him, not after what he has done." Sonny's face charged with anger.
"Calm, Janus. I will speak with him and try for the most. But I promise you, knowing the Winter King, it will not be much, especially for you." The Fae stood up "Well come now, let us begin our venture."
Sonny waited impatiently outside the familiar walls that he once loved dearly. As Bob finally walked out he asked him. "So what were you told?"
"You may see the first night of the show," The Janus smiled, "But only see; you may not at all communicate with Kelley, and must leave as soon as the show ends."
"What about you, what have you given in return?"
"As soon as the run ends, I must return the court."
"Thank you Bob." Sonny smiled.
"Don't mention it." The fae grinned.
"One last thing, can you give this to Kelley?" Sonny reached into his leather messenger bag, and searched for the keepsake. When he came across the script he flipped through the pages and ripped one out. Hurrying, he grabbed a pen and circled something. "Thank you." He passed to note to Bob.
A/N: I hope that it wasn't too bad. I think I will come back to this later and add more detail, but here you go.
