Lydia couldn't believe what she saw before her. Aiden was gone. Just like Allison. She had lost two of the most important people in her life, and she had almost lost her only other best friend. She stood with wide eyes and wobbly knees. She didn't want to look at the scene in front of her anymore. She spun and ran when she collided with a body. Wrapping her arms around whoever it was, she realized that it was Stiles. He was holding her as she shook. She didn't even cry. She hadn't cried since they had been in the tunnel last night. She had realized that Allison was dead and she couldn't take it. She had cried a few tears then she sucked it up and compartmentalized. She had to get Stiles out of there and she had to do it immediately.
As Lydia stood in Stiles arms, shaking, she had decided right then and there that she needed to tell him how she felt. But that could wait for another day. As Stiles guided her to the Jeep, he didn't say anything else to her. He didn't need to. When she saw Argent walk towards the vehicle she felt the tears pull themselves to her eyes. He looked at her and grabbed her hand. He opened her palm, placed something in it, and closed her fingers around it before she could look at it. When she opened her palm she realized that it was actually two things; a set of keys, to the apartment and to the storage unit in the basement, and the diamond ring that Allison had told her was from Scott. He had given it to her before she had left for France. He had told her that it was a reminder that she would be his forever. Allison had worn it when she was in France and it kept all the guys away from her because her heart was still aching to be with Scott, at least that's what Allison had finally admitted to Allison after a couple glasses of wine one late night.
"I want you to handle everything if you can Lydia. Also, in the storage unit in the basement of the apartment building there's a box with her name on it. There's stuff in there for you and everyone else, with instructions on what to do if something happens to her. Follow her instructions and make sure that she is buried wearing that ring. She told me that herself. Please, Lydia." Argent's voice pleaded with Lydia's. She nodded and gave him a hug. She kissed his cheek and he turned. She knew she would probably never see Argent again. Just like Allison, he had made a huge impact on her life. She would never forget him.
A/N: So I finally found the strength to write about Allison's death. I am going to put more chapters with this so don't hate me for leaving you with so little. Also review and let me know if you want me to put anything specific in here. Love y'all!
P.S: Check out my other story "Staying True"!
