Rin hurried through the village, annoyed to hell. That poor-excuse-of-an-imp Jaken had been attacked by some huge, poisonous bee-thing whose sting could kill him in an hour. But what made it worse was that she had to go get the antidote! When I'm grown up and married to Sesshomaru-sama, Jaken is sooo out of the picture.

Rin wiped small beats of sweat from her forehead and looked around for the first time. Where is everyone, it's barely dusk? But her thoughts were stopped when she noticed an odd yellow object sitting by one of the doors of a hut. Huh? Isn't that the thing Lady Kagome carries with her, the… buke-bag? An idea struck her. Maybe she can give me an antidote! Rin raced towards the straw door and reached out her hand to move it aside but stopped when odd sounds reached her ears. Something creaked and she heard sharp gasps, among other things, coming from the hut. Rin swallowed. Lord Sesshomaru says never to enter a room before knocking. But the nioses coming from that hut were frightening. It sounds like someone's dying! Oh my- She needed to help! So closing her eyes, Rin entered the small hut.

A woman shrieked. Rin looked up to see Sesshomaru-sama's younger brother and Kagome gripping the sheets of a bed, red-faced, and covering themselves.

"Oi kid! Didn't anyone ever teach you how to knock!" Inuyasha spat at her. Rin tilted her head in confusion.

"What were you two doing?"
