Although Raven defeated Trigon, he managed to leave enough influence to enact vengeance. A cult rises in secret, bent on making the witch pay for destroying their savior. Can the Titans save their friend? More importantly, can Raven save herself? Occurs after Raven saves the Earth and kicks Trigon's ugly demon butt, so I'd say... before her 18th birthday.

I LOVE switching around the Titan's ages, and in my Midnight Girl series (in which I obsessively write about Raven), I decided that she gets to be the baby, because how adorable is feisty, independent, badass baby-of-the-family Raven?

Raven- 17, almost 18

Changeling- 19

Starfire- Who knows? The Titans and Star decided she's probably between Gar and Robin, so let's say 18 and some.

Robin- 21

Cyborg- 23

As far as their aged appearances, I'm sure they haven't changed all that much. Probably Changeling hit a growth spurt overnight and I like to imagine that he's got a few inches on Robin. Also, let's give him a fohawk. Cy is as large and loveable as ever, although he's got this goatee, soul-patch combo going for him now. Robin still goes by Robin, because I'm biased against changing his name to Nightwing, and he's also taller, and much more muscular, though he hates admitting that he'll never have the stature of Cyborg. And he's absolutely toned down the traffic light get-up. Starfire is much the same, although I've replace her skirt with shorts or capris, which, let's be honest, make way more sense to fight in than a flipping mini shirt. As for Raven, she's got them curves going for her, but not much else has changed for the half-demoness.

I do hope you enjoy! And please take no offense if I choose to not respond to reviews. I have crippling anxiety and it's taken me years to be brave enough to even post my writing.

Chapter One

"People in this form of shock tend to react in one of a few ways, by freezing up, running away, or in outlandish and uncontrolled rage."

The two young adults kneeling in front of the cloaked man met each other's eyes. The girl lifted her brow and looked back up. "And this is good?"

The cloaked man clasped his hands hands, shaded eyes lit with enjoyment beneath his red hood. "Yes, Daughter. Either way, the She-Demon will panic. Without control, without common sense, the enemy will be easy to read. If she fights, every panicked move will be clear to us. If she runs, we will follow her ragged breath. Should she freeze, then we will easily cage her."

He paused, allowing them to nod in understanding. "Daughter, immerse yourself in their lives. Be everywhere the Titans are. A shadow that knows who they are."

She bowed her head. "Yes, Father."

"And Son," the young man rose, muscles across his bare chest and arms rippling with anticipation, "Ready yourself for battle. You must be part of this. You both must prepare. Our mission will not see success without your full commitment."

Son and Daughter stood next to each other, and in unision, said, "Yes, Father."
