You've got a new D-mail." Sounded the computer with a slightly earshattering beeping noise. Liberty Van Zandt's dark chocolate eyes immediately opened at the piercing sound, the light of the flickering fixtures on the ceiling made them glint. With the help of her dark purple nail polished fingertips, she clicked on the link which opened the door to her new D-mail.
"Saturday?" Were the small Times New Roman fonted letters in the "subject" box of the D-mail. Liberty's full crimson lips were molded like dough into a gorgeous smile that unfortunately, not many of the opposite sex noticed. She clicked the "proceed" button on the right hand side of the computer's screen and read the heavenly words that could have changed her boyfriendless life forever.
Hey, I was wondering if we could catch that new flick: Romance Avenue on Saturday. -J.T. (ThEjOkEr)
When it seemed as if her optics couldn't possibly light up any brighter, they did sure enough as she read the text. "Oh my gosh," were the words that her mouth uttered under her breath. She breathed deeply and wondered why it could be happening out of all days. Why is J.T., the one boy I've been dreaming about since grade seven, finally showing that the feeling is mutual? She thought to herself in her bronze-haired head.
The brown-sugar skinned ninth grader removed herself from the metal seat. She brushed off her cuffed jeans and turned around, turning her head all about for J.T.'s face. When she spotted it, her heart did a back flip. She flashed him the most glamorous smile that she could possibly manage for a girl such as herself; however the only result was the confused raising of his eyebrow. Liberty figured that he didn't want to be seen being affectionate towards her after such a change of heart so quickly, so she didn't pay much mind to it.
"Tobs," J.T. said, turning to the glasses-wearing companion beside him.
Toby Issacs, technology extraordinaire as well as comrade of J.T. Yorke responded with an intense look of interruption. "J.T., I was kind of in the middle of something." J.T. rolled his eyes. "Whatever. Did you just see Liberty smiling? I thought she was over the whole crush thing."
"Whatever, J.T. Later." Toby said nonchalantly as he continued to press the mouse's buttons.
J.T. frowned at Toby's blasé response, and then walked across the room to Manny Santos, the lone girl that was on his mind at the current stage of his life. He smiled timidly at the velour pink clad female and tapped her on the shoulder. Roused from her deep interactions with the makeup webpage she was surfing, Manny used her dark eyes to look up at her admirer and good friend. "Hey, J.T., she said, quickly turning back to the screen. Wondering why the shapely girl wasn't speaking anything of the D-mail that J.T. sent to her a few minutes ago, he decided to check up on that thought. "Er...I was just wondering...did you get that D-mail by any chance? The one titled Saturday?" Manny gave J.T. a look involving a raised penciled eyebrow. "No, J.T. sorry...perhaps you clicked the wrong button or address?" She smiled pleasantly and went back to a clicking frenzy. Suddenly, J.T. realized the reason for Liberty's "look of love." He had accidentally sent it to her D-mail address. "I'm toast," he mutters.

A/N: Oh no! How will J.T. get out of this predicament now? Let's see in...Chapter 2! Reviews are encouraged, thank you.
