Heya. It's me, Kitty, with a new fanfic! Just so you know, the star
of my fanfic is a character I made up. Don't worry, though, The
Bladebreakers have a big part in the story too! So, I hope you enjoy the
story, and please, PLEASE review!
--------------
Prologue (sorta): The Council's Decision
The Council of Elders sat arguing around a low red table. The Grand Elder had called a meeting to decide the fate of the One With a Winged Bit Beast. It seemed that everyone wanted to be the first to voice their opinion. The Grand Elder was losing his patience.
"Will everyone please be quiet!" he yelled. The room went silent. "Now, let's begin the meeting. Second Elder, please state your opinion on the matter."
"I think," Second Elder said, "that we should remove the Bit Beast from the Beyblade and destroy it."
"But that would be disrespectful," Third Elder said angrily. "We could anger the other spirits!"
"I agree with Third Elder," Grand Elder said. "What do you suggest we do instead, Third Elder?"
"We should give the Beyblade away to the first person who passes through our village."
"But that is a rare event!" Seventh Elder argued. "Besides, there might already be a bond between the Bit Beast and its owner."
"Then there is only one thing we can do," Grand Elder said. "We must expel the One from our village."
"But." started Fifth Elder.
"There are no buts," Grand Elder said darkly. "We must have the One out of our village by dawn."
The Elders rose and started to exit the room. They knew that starting an argument with the Grand Elder now could lead to removal from the Council. They would inform the stealth warriors of their task. The Council had made its decision. ~~~ And here our story begins.
