Hmmm…I wonder where she can be. She looked around, ignoring the stares that she is receiving from the students passing through. Could she be still in class? A look at her watch confirmed that class had indeed ended. Ah! She should be there! She gathered her stuff and stood up to leave.
Padding softly she crept up behind the person. Soi Fong was furiously writing her essay. Damn professor. What kind of idiot gives homework on the first day? A thousand word long essay on plant reproduction and it needs to be handed in during the next class which is tomorrow! Gah! That bugger. I hope he trips and fall down the stairs, breaking his ankle or something in the process. What the -?! Her eyes were suddenly covered and the text she was referring to plucked from her hands.
"Guess who~?" came a sing-song voice.
"There is only one person daring enough to do such kinda stuff when I'm so horribly busy. Actually there is only one person who does childish stuff at this age."
"Childish?! Pray tell, how old are you missy? A hundred? This is called fun. Gosh, you really need to learn to relax Soi. I'm so hurt."
Soi Fong pulled the hands off her eyes and looked up into those topaz eyes that she loves.
"Awww…did I hurt your feelings?"
Yoruichi nodded, sporting her best hurt/innocent look.
"That's awful…" exclaimed Soi Fong, deciding to play along.
"So tell me, what can I do so that you won't feel so hurt by my really insensitive comment?"
"You can kiss it better."
"Hmmm…I shall consider it. Come back to me in two days time and I'll let you know."
It was all Soi Fong could do to stop herself from bursting out in laughter at the incredulous look on Yoruichi's face.
"That was mean you know" she pouted.
"Come here" she said, pulling Yoruichi into her arms.
"I haven't said hello have I?"
"Hello" she said after planting a chaste kiss on Yoruichi's lips.
"Now be good and don't disturb me. I got a heck of an essay to write and it is due tomorrow. Stupid prof, giving us this much work on the first day of the term."
With that she turned back to her books. Finding nothing better to do, Yoruichi watched on as Soi Fong worked.
-Later that night-
"You know, each time you come to my school you cause a huge commotion. Now at least half the people in my class have a crush on you. They have been badgering me for information on you and for your number" said a rather disgruntled Soi Fong while cuddled with Yoruichi on the couch in front of the television.
"Oh really?" replied Yoruichi absent mindedly, busy stroking Soi Fong's long midnight locks.
"Can you pay attention to what I'm saying?"
"Well, they don't stand a chance do they? After all, I already have the perfect person. Someone who's kind, caring, intelligent, I'm madly in love with and who loves me back."
"I didn't know you think of me in this light" said Soi Fong, blushing a little.
"All I have to do is confess to Kisuke that I love him" said Yoruichi seriously, before breaking out in laughter.
"Why you..." said Soi Fong punching her lightly on the shoulder before snuggling back into her embrace. Her lack of sleep and the stress of rushing her essay caught up with her and she fell asleep.
"See, this is why I appear at your school every day. I knew you will push yourself too hard and end up doing stuff like this" chided Yoruichi softly as she carried Soi Fong to the bed they share. Stripping down to her bra and panties, she climbed into bed next to Soi Fong
"Good night" she whispered into her ear. Soi Fong mumbled something unintelligible in reply. Smiling, she leaned over and plant a kiss on her lips before shutting off the lights and falling into a deep sleep.
