Lord of the Sun

This little parody of Civil Wars King of the Sun came to me out of nowhere, probably isn't very good by song-writing standards, but I'm kinda proud of myself for it.

He rose, he ruled, he was the idol
To be true, the deal was broken
But he became a guiding light
Shut down, to ash
By a curse eternal
But we will never, ever ever
Forget his bright paradise
Some beings live forever
Some beings always seem to lose
No king is fool proof

He was the lord of the sun,
a coward in disguise
He couldn't see
that his kingdom soon would fall
Flames of the fire, he did require
He was the lord of the sun

Conquered, the world, a grand design
And we will never, never ever
Forget the legendary lords

Inside the lords city
Behold the forever holy light
everything is eternally bright

He was the lord of the sun,
a coward in disguise
He couldn't see
that his kingdom soon would fall…
Flames of the fire, he did require
He was the lord of the sun

His firstborn is a hero, disgraced as a fool
Searching for a brighter world
where the light is pure and true,
now you're marching to darkness or to create eternal flame
fight into infinity, and testify in pain

He's the lord of the sun;
he's the lord of the stars
He's the lord of the sun
king of the world and the stars

He was the lord of the sun,
a coward in disguise
He couldn't see
that his kingdom soon would fall
Flames of the fire, he did require
He was the lord of the sun
