Peter Pan and the Lost Boys

Summary: There's a little allusion in every story. And Jacob Black is a little bit too much like Peter Pan to ignore...

A/N: So, I'm not sure how long this is gonna stay up. I've been writing it for a while and this is what came out of it. I kind of like it. Your best bet is to read through it without adding much stress to any words as you go along. It's just for decoration.

Jacob Black was

In more ways than one

Like Peter Pan.

He wore as little as possible.

He was King of the Lost Boys

(The boys who never grow up.)

He was childish and immature.

***

But Leah was like Jacob's Tinkerbell;

Even though he was somewhat annoying to be around,

She couldn't help falling for him,

And his silly games.

Just when things were starting to go right for Tink,

For the first time in a long time,

WENDY

Had to come along and ruin it.

One look at NESSIE and Jacob

Was flying without the need

Of Tink's pixie dust.

Every spare minute was used

Spending time with NESSIE.

(So much time, he was about to go bankrupt.)

Morning

Noon

And night

Was spent with his precious NESSIE.

And if he wasn't with HER

He was thinking of HER.

And no matter what Leah did,

Jacob wouldn't pay attention.

All is fair in l.o.v.e. and w:a:r:

Too bad Leah never had a far shot.

***

Leah was suffering from the heartbreak of it all,

(Another day, another piece of her heart missing.)

When someone,

A little bit more like NESSIE

Showed up.

A man by the name of Nahuel.

Jacob didn't do anything wrong,

But NESSIE decided

SHE liked Nahuel better.

THEY were more compatible.

Jacob treated Nahuel

As if he were the evil Captain Hook,

But NESSIE didn't care.

SHE loved Nahuel.

So Jacob just had to watch,

And let NESSIE be happy

With a man that wasn't him.

And Leah watches,

Both s:a:d: and a.m.u.s.e.d. by the situation.

She takes

Another hit of her

Magical pixie dust,

(Because pixie dust is just a euphemism for c.o.c.a.i.n.e.)

And waits for Jacob to get upset enough to need her.

(Everybody knows that a hero is nothing without his trusty sidekick.)

Leah has always been one to fall too hard,

So she'll be waiting

For the moment

Jacob

Chooses

Her.
