Taiy-Chan: I know what you're all thinking: Not another poem! Just update your other stories!
But I've been good considering updating matters, right?
So give me a break! Plus, this runs alongside Because of You.
Oh, and BTW, about my other Beyblade poem, a couple people got it right. It was a poem about Bryan written by Tala.
Anyways,
This is Rei we're talking about here.
So have fun!
Memory
A graveyard,
Still and quiet,
Tombstones littering the ground..
The sun peeked through tall, slim trees,
Dim light made it feel like a dream.
What made this place so silent?
Why were the birds not singing?
Why did the trees never bloom?
Because they are waiting.
A memory,
Faded,
And left behind,
Still remains in the lonely place.
...Whispers of the past...
It was of a teenage boy,
Standing in front of a grave,
There was something about him,
That set him apart from others.
Everything around him,
The trees,
Animals and wind,
Listened to his story.
His past cut deep,
The pain not forgotten.
He hides it behind a fake smile,
So no one else would see..
The pain of being different,
And caught in between..
The grief of being unwanted,
Like a sharp blade through his heart.
The longing for the love he deserved,
But was never given...
Will he always be alone?
Standing in the shadows?
Or will someone come,
And pull that blade from his heart,
And give him the love he needs?
We will be forever wondering,
What made him that way..
Wondering if he moved on,
Or if he is still living in the past..
Trapped in his own mind.
Questions soon disappear as the time passes,
But the memory,
...Will never fade away...
Taiy-Chan: Well? How was it?
Please review!
