Author's note: Utah: This fic is in honor of the first Fan Fiction I have read. I hope you all enjoy it. I also want to point out that I hate the Hermione x Ron pairing because I can't see what Ron brings to the relationship. You Rose?

Rose: Nope.

Utah: Well here you guys go. By the way, none of us are JK Rowling so we don't own anyone that has to do with Harry Potter cannon. I do own the ghost boy though. He might appear in a later fic. Don't forget to review.

P.S. This takes place in the sixth book.

….

Hermione was miserable. A transfiguration accident caused her hair to turn purple. Of course, Ron laughed at her and said that it was a surprised that the great Hermione Granger got something wrong. She was already stressed that Harry was better in potions than her because of his stupid book. She was having difficulty keeping calm when Ron humiliated her even more by asking her, while sneering, if she meant to transfigure her cheeks red as well. That was the last straw, she ran from the classroom, on the verge of tears. She ran through a door and slid down against the wall.

"Stupid Ron. Why does he have to be so mean?"
She sniffed, asking no one in particular.

"Rough day?"

A boy's voice came from next to her.

She whipped her head to see a translucent boy with shoulder length brown hair in a ponytail. He was wearing a loose black shirt and pants with a white tool belt and a yin necklace. His eyes were golden and he had gauntlets on his arm for some reason. Hermione didn't really care who he was but she was miserable and didn't care.

"How can you tell?"

"Well, first you ran into the boy's bathroom..."

Hermione blushed as the ghost boy continued.

"And the crying clued me in."

She bowed her head.

"A boy was making fun of me."

"Oh."

Then ghost boy grinned.

"Well instead of moping, do you want revenge? A spell I invented personally."

….

Hermione and Harry were studying in the Gryffindor common room. Ron burst in shouting, his hair bubblegum pink.

"All my hair turned pink! My armpit hair, my eyebrows, even my... well everything!"

Harry and Hermione burst out laughing. Hermione turned to the wall, laughing in tears. She saw the ghost boys face in the wall. He winked at her and disappeared. Hermione rolled over, continuing laughing hysterically with Harry at the pink haired Ron.

Meanwhile, the ghost boy floated through the hall and smiled. Even though the spell would eventually wear off, he made someone's day better. If there was one thing he hated, it was girls crying and if there was one thing he loved, it was the color pink.
